The terms that apply to booking and staying at Dovce Apartments.
Last updated: August 2026These terms govern the relationship between the guest and the operator of Dovce Apartments, MM Rešitve d.o.o., Dovce 30, 1381 Rakek, Slovenia, tax number 11214414, registration number 9885439000. By submitting a booking, the guest confirms agreement with these terms.
A booking is considered valid once confirmed in writing by the provider (by email or through the booking system). The provider reserves the right to decline a booking in case of unavailability or other valid reasons.
The total price of the stay is shown to the guest before the booking is submitted and stated in the booking confirmation. The price is final and includes VAT, tourist and promotional tax, and all other mandatory costs. The booking is confirmed once the provider sends the guest a booking confirmation by email. The full amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately at the time of booking. Payment can be made by online card payment or by bank transfer to the provider's account, as stated on the invoice or pro forma invoice. If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the provider may cancel the booking after notifying the guest in advance.
Cancellation of a booking with a refund of the amount paid is not possible. Instead, the guest may request, once and free of charge, to move their stay to a different date, provided this is requested at least 14 days before the original arrival date. The new date is subject to availability; if the price of the stay on the new date is higher (e.g. due to seasonal pricing), the guest pays the difference. In exceptional, documented circumstances (e.g. serious illness or a death in the immediate family), the guest may be offered a refund of the amount paid or a free date change without the limitations above.
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, technical issues, etc.) the provider reserves the right to cancel a booking, in which case the guest will be notified immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
Check-out is by 10:00. The exact check-in time is arranged at the time of booking.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 7:00. Please separate waste using the recycling bins provided. Guests are responsible for locking the apartment whenever they leave; lost keys may incur a replacement charge.
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment's furnishings or premises during their stay and must notify the provider immediately.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia, and Slovenian law applies.
